Das encomendas que tenho feito, uma das novidades cá do sítio, são os aventais de amamentação. São muito úteis quando queremos amamentar o nosso bebé e não queremos olhares indiscretos nas nossas mamas. Afinal, este é um momento muito nosso! 

São em tecido 100% algodão, fresco (para o bebé não atabafar), com uma alça regulável e um aro que premite-nos ver o nosso bebé. Depois, é só dobrar e guardar num saco que se arruma em qualquer canto da mala.

Além de ser muito prático nesta fase da amamentação, também é muito útil para tapar do sol o ovo, ou o carrinho do bebé, e o aro faz com que entre ar, sem entrar o sol. 

Conclusão: é só vantagens! Eu ainda uso o meu, sem amamentar, e o meu filho tem quase 2 anos!

Of the orders I have made, one of the news are the nursing covers. They are very useful when we want to breastfeed our baby and do not want other eyes in our breasts. After all, this is our special moment!

They are 100% cotton, cool, with an adjustable strip behind the neck and a semi circle ring that allows  us to see our baby. Then, just fold and store in a bag that fits in any corner of the bag.

Besides being very practical at this stage of breastfeeding is also very useful to cover the stroller of the sun, and the circle ring allows the air to float without sun.

Conclusion: only advantages! I still use mine, without breastfeeding, and my son is almost 2 years!

Mais um presente de aniversário, saído da minha atenção aos desejos alheios! Sinto-me, um pouco, como a fada dos desejos: mas, em vez de trocar o desejo por uma moeda, troco-o por algo de tecido. Este organizador de bolsa também eu uso - é mesmo muito prático: quando queremos mudar de mala, é só agarrar no organizador e transferi-lo, de uma só vez, para a outra mala.

Another birthday present out from my attention to others wishes! I feel a bit like the fairy wishes: but instead of replacing the wish for a coin, I replace it with something made of fabric. This purse organizer is somethig that I also use - it is very practical indeed: when we want to change purse, just grab the organizer, and put it in another purse. Done!

Pijama de menino | Boy pajama

Não tenho tido mãos a medir com as encomendas, as birras do bebé e as sestas :) Claro que o blog ficou meio descorado...

Mas no entretanto, e como as férias se aproximam em alta velocidade, tive que fazer um pijama quente para o bebé dormir na praia! Eu sei, parece um contra senso, mas na realidade, a praia para onde vamos, consegue ser mesmo fria durante a noite. Nesta altura do ano, é impensável tentar comprar pijamas quentes, e como o pai tinha posto de lado um pijama de flanela, decidi experimentar!

I have had my hands full with orders, tantrums and baby naps :) Of course, the blog was a bit set aside...

But in the meantime, and as the holidays are approaching at high speed, I had to make a warm pajamas for my baby to sleep on the beach! I know it seems a nonsense, but in reality, the beach where we go, can be cold at night. At this time of year, it is unthinkable to try to buy warm pajamas, and as his father had set aside a flannel pajamas, I decided to try it!

Apenas comprei a flanela azul claro, para poder adicionar pormenores à camisola do pijama e trocar nas calças (pormenores em xadrez). Depois, juntei os moldes que fiz de um pijama antigo, com os pormenores que gostaria de ver, e saiu este conjunto. Gostei muito, muito, muito do resultado!

I Just bought a light blue flannel, in order to add details to the pajama sweatshirt and exchange in pants (details in chess). Then, joined the pattern I made from old pajamas, with the details I would like to see, and this came out. I enjoyed very much the result!

Fralda de pano | Fabric diaper

Faltava uma fralda para adicionar aos conjuntos de bebé. Aqui está! Simplesmente debruada. O meu bebé adora-as e não dispensa uma para dormir!

Para o homem da cozinha | For the man in the kitchen

Este fim de semana houve mais uma festa de aniversário. Desta vez, foi um familiar próximo que tem feito umas investidas na cozinha, cheio de sucesso. Queríamos oferecer-lhe algo feito por nós (ou por mim, que quem costura sou eu!). 

Adoro fazer presentes de aniversário, porque são mesmo para Aquela pessoa! Enquanto faço o presente, estou sempre a lembrar-me da pessoa. Como reagirá, como usará... Faz-me feliz! 

I went to another birthday party this weekend. This time was a close family member who is knowing better the kitchen and turning cooking into a big success. We wanted to offer him something made by us (or me, since I'm the one sewing!).
I love making birthday gifts, because they really are for That person! While I make the present, I'm always remembering the person. How will react, how will use ... It makes me happy!

Saco de Verão | Summer bag

Para sair com o Sol lindo que o Verão nos dá! Não é demasiado grande, tem o tamanho certo para levar as coisas do dia-a-dia. E fazia-me falta algo alegre e divertido para acompanhar o calor. Tem um bolso no interior, para guardar o que queremos mais à mão, e não é fechada, para se tornar prática no seu uso.

To go out with the gorgeous sun that summer gives us! Not too big, has the right size to bring daily things. I needed something fun and cheerful to follow the season heat. It has a pocket on the inside, were we keep what's most necessary close to hand, and has not closing to become practical in its use.
